To end our topic London’s Burning we invited our parents into school to take part in a workshop to create houses from 1666 when The Great Fire of London took place. The children used a cereal box for the main structure of the house along with paper, card, cellotape, glue and felt tip pens to create their houses. The parents were then treated to a showcase showing some amazing work and singing from this half term. They all had a fantastic time and produced some amazing houses.
