This week, Bluebells, Tulips and Snowdrops have been thinking about their mental health and wellbeing. The children designed a weekly timetable of activities to boost and take care of their mental health.
The children made a mind map and shared ideas for improving their wellbeing e.g. eating healthily, getting regular exercise, seeing friends/family and doing things that help them relax. We also talked about the importance of a good night’s sleep!
