As part of our topic ‘Let’s Get Creative’ we have been designing and making Christmas stockings.
The children started by researching different types of stockings and making some decisions about the stockings they liked best and why.
Next the children designed the stocking they were going to make. They decided what colour it would be and what kind of decorations they would put on it.
Next, it was time for the sewing. The children were so patient and worked super hard!
The children then decorated their stockings with sequins, Christmas stickers and fabric.
The final products look fantastic! Well done KS1.
