The children have loved learning about pictograms and tally charts. They have spent the week busily finding out their friend’s favourite things and tallying them up to find out their most popular and the least popular. They have used pictograms to find out favourite fruit, ice-creams, animals and many more things!
The children very quickly understood how pictograms and tally charts worked. They used the mathematical vocabulary skilfully throughout the week.
