Make A CEOP Report

A busy week in the sun in nursery!

This week we have made the most of the Summer weather and spent extra time outdoors. We have had extra drinks and talked about staying hydrated and looking after our skin by applying sun cream. We have thoroughly enjoyed accessing our school fields and participating in ring games and parachute games.  In our maths sessions this week we  focussed on subtracting and adding. We borrowed one of Mrs Ramanandi’s puppets who’s name is Tinkerbella. She lived up to her name as she kept taking some sweets we were trying to count resulting in us having to count them again and calculate how many she had taken. We thought it was very funny! We enjoyed incorporating maths into our parachute games by using some props like toy ducks to sing five little ducks went swimming one day. We have continued to care for our plants in our garden area. We are delighted at how tall some of our sunflowers are and amazed at how many tomato pants we have grown. We will be selling our tomato plants next week to our families. Watch out for a message for details.
