On Friday, our school councillors met with Mrs Hope to discuss mental health across the school. The children helped to create our Windy Nook definition of mental health. The children then discussed strategies in place across school that help their mental health. They also discussed new ideas that they would like to be introduced across school. The children had some fantastic ideas and we had a great discussion. Over the coming weeks, our school councillors will work with adults across school, implementing their new ideas to promote mental health and wellbeing across school.
