This half term, Elms, Willows, Oaks and Beeches classes have used Purple Mash to create our own multi-level platform games. We planned and designed the game environment with a theme in mind, then set to work creating this using 2DIY3D in Purple Mash. We created a goal, scoring system and ‘enemies’ for our game before testing the playability of our games, before adding additional levels. We worked hard to ensure that the games were fun to play and enjoyable for the user. We tested each other’s games to help us identify and fix any bugs and evaluated our work. We really enjoyed the chance to become game developers.
