School Bags: Children should bring their school bag every day.

Toys: Please check that your child is not bringing toys into school.

Reading Diaries: These should be brought in daily along with their ditty or reading book.

Reading Rewards: On Fridays, we count how many times your child has read at home.

3 times = 1 reward point
-
More than 3 times = 1 reward point and a dip in the prize box

Please make sure reading is recorded in their diary.

Spellings: Children are given a set of spellings to learn each week.

These are displayed on the classroom window and in homework books.

Key Words: Your child has a set of key words to learn in their bag.

Once they can read the words fluently, we celebrate their achievement and they are given the next level of words.

Homework Books: Sent home on Fridays and should be returned by the following Wednesday.

Labelling Clothes: Please ensure all jumpers, cardigans, and coats are clearly labelled with your child’s name.
