Tulips (Y4)

Welcome to Tulips!

Our teacher is Mr Brown, who is accompanied by Miss Turnbull and Ms Jones.

In Tulips, we work hard, are kind to one another and have fun!

 Important information:

Homework is given out on Fridays and returned the following Friday. This will consist of maths, grammar and vocabulary.

Times Tables and spellings are expected to be practised regularly over the week. Spellings will go home every 1-2 weeks depending on the spelling rule being learned. Spelling tests are on Fridays. Reading diaries should be signed by an adult each evening after children read at home. We recommend 15-20 minutes of reading per evening please.

P.E. is on a Tuesday – children should wear their PE kit to school on Tuesdays.

Swimming is every Wednesday morning. It will be very helpful if children attend school with their swimming kit underneath their school uniform, as well as bringing a towel.

If your child is having a school lunch, please ensure that payment is now done through our online payment service.
